REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of your date of purchase. We ask that you fill out our Return Authorization Form to start the process.
If you have any unopened product, we kindly ask that you please ship it back to us. We’ll pay for the return shipping and send you a shipping label. If your products have been opened or used, that’s no problem — we can still refund you as long as you have filled out the form. If you received the wrong product or just want to exchange it, jump to the section below for more information.
RETURNING UNOPENED PRODUCT?
Check the following:
-Is the item in the original, unopened packaging?
-Are the items being returned to us securely packaged in a box?
-Is the original packing slip (or RA #) and order number inside of the box being returned?
-If we are paying for your return shipping, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Please let us know that when filling out the Return Authorization Form.

ISSUED REFUNDS
We issue all refunds back to the original form of payment you used to make the original purchase. You must fill out the Return Authorization Form first. After the request is processed, it may take up to 2-3 business days for you to see the return on your account statement.
EXCHANGES/WRONG ITEMS
