Shipping Policy
Processing Times:
Most orders will be processed the same day or at the latest will be shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase, excluding weekend/holidays. However, for large orders, please allow for 1-2 extra days for our team to process the order and get it shipped to you. We will do everything in our power to maintain a processing time of 24 hours, but in the event that an unforeseen delay occurs, we may need that additional time to process the order adequately.
** Please keep in mind that once your order leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control of the time it takes to arrive to you. **
Shipping Times:
We quickly ship all of our orders from our facility in Fond du Lac, WI via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day).
Our normal business days are Monday - Friday. Any order placed on a regular business day will likely ship the same day and if not, within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Various factors can effect the delivery time of your order (ie. size/weight of package, distance from us, weather, etc). Please contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual happening when you track your order.
Shipping Methods:
*FREE USPS Ground Shipping:
-Order that total $50.00 or more will be shipped via this method and will reach their destination in 1-3 business days.
*Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail):
-Most standard/large orders will be shipped via this method and will reach their destination in 1-3 business days.
*Expediated Shipping (USPS Priority Express Mail):
-Most small/lightweight orders are able to ship via this method and will reach their destination in 1-2 business days.
*LTL Shipments:
-In order to serve our B2B customers, we have partnered with a wide variety of couriers that can quickly and efficiently get bulk shipments to you. If you are placing a large order that would require an LTL shipment, please contact us directly so we can get your shipment setup properly.
Shipping Rates:
We off FREE USPS Ground Mail shipping for orders $50 or more. We also offer competitive standard USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Day) and expedited shipping rates for customers who need their orders delivered faster times. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method and will see the associated cost along with it.
*For bulk orders that require LTL, please contact us directly.
** Please note - We DO NOT refund shipping fees from the original order. **
Shipment Tracking:
Once your order is placed, processed, and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will provide you with the courier used and the tracking # associated with your shipment. To track your package, you can either click on the link in the email or you can copy/paste the tracking # into the couriers tracking page.
*Sometimes our shipping partners do not update their tracking information as quickly and efficiently as we would like. It may show you that the package is still at our facility, when in reality, it is on its’ way to you! Other times, the weather, holidays, or an unforeseen accident can slow things down. All too often, someone just doesn’t scan the package at a stop on the way, making it appear like the delivery is farther away from you than it actually is. It’s quite common for a post office to skip scanning so they can save time and move packages along quicker. You’ll know this happened if the package shows up at your door suddenly with no tracking history. However, if you feel that something unusual is going on, please contact us so we can look into it further.
Error Made During Checkout?
It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. We ship orders daily, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), and may not be able to intercept an order going to the wrong address. If you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout, please contact us immediately so that we can try to fix the problem. However, once the order has left our facility, there isn’t much we will be able to do at that point. If the package is returned to us, then we will contact you and try to arrange to have it shipped to your new address.
